The Akron Sub-District annual board meeting/soup and salad luncheon will be held at the the church on Saturday, January 28, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. Donation is $8.00. See Sis. Thelma O'Neal for more information.

The annual Woman to Woman Brunch, sponsored by our Mission Auxillary, will be held at the church on Saturday, February 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. They are requesting donations of salads and desserts from the congregation. A list is posted at the rear of the sanctuary for your donation. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this effort.

Our Courtesy Committee and Mission Auxiliary request the cooperation of the entire congregation as they embark upon their Annual Fall / Winter Food Drive with donations of canned goods, non-perishable food items, and/or money. Containers will be placed at all entrances for such donations. All monetary donations may be given to either Sis. Carolyn Ware or Sis. Elaine Williams. They wish to thank you in advance for your utmost cooperation in this effort!!

The Acme Community Cash Back Program will continue until February 11, 2012. Your cooperation in this effort is requested by saving your Henry's Acme receipts as well as other Acme receipts and placing them in the box at the rear of the sanctuary. Thank you!
